We deliver professional care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Our office will give you the closest estimate of your insurance coverage and copay. You are expected to pay up-front the estimated copay on the day of surgery before the procedure begins. This estimated payment is not a guarantee of the exact amount your insurance company pays after the procedure is completed. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of our claim submission. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company. We will make the appropriate adjustments if the estimated copay is not the amount that you paid on the day of surgery. We will issue any refunds if you have over-paid. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
