Dr. Huang holds an associate clinical professor position at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine teaching oral and maxillofacial residents and dental students. She also has hospital privileges with NYPH-Columbia University Medical Center. She was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in October 2013.
Aside from work, Dr. Huang had been involved in medical mission organizations including Healing the Children (to Colombia) and HIS Foundation to the under-served regions of China doing cleft lip and palate surgeries for orphans and children living in poverty. She plans to return to these medical missions trips in the not-too-distant future on a yearly basis.
On a personal note, the doctor loves reading growth and development books that will shape her in living out a life of deep emotional health while attending New Life Fellowship Church. Dr. Huang is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
